              RECENT C.A.R.L. ACTIVITIES

On Saturday morning June 23rd, the ARRL Field Day was celebrated at the Arizona Science Center. A number of the Ham Shack Volunteers assisted in demonstrating amateur radio activities. The photo below

The above is Jack Landon's Field Day display that was on the south side of the large lobby following the stairs as the visitors enter the Science Center facility.  The display had “action” posters from the ARRL.


Seen here is Steve Sipple KB7QHP. Steve’s display was located on the 3rd floor of the Science Center at the entrance to the Forces of Nature area.  Steve was providing materials on SKYWARN, NOAA,& the NWS.
